PET recycling process

We purchase collected PET waste, recycle it and produce clear PET recycling products in various colors.  Working with us, you can be 100% sure that collected plastic waste will be recycled in a proper manner, in compliance with all environmental regulations, and the materials it contained redirected into a new production cycle.

The whole recycling process can be divided into three phases:

1. Collection of PET bottles and their separation from the other waste and sorting according to the color, which are than purchased by us
2. Hot washing and mechanical grinding of the collected PET until turned into hot-washed PET flakes
3. Recycling of PET granulate (clips), i.e. its transformation into regranulate and the final product (PET bottle)
